How do I check my order status?

All weekday orders made before 1 pm are posted for next-day delivery. Any orders placed on a weekend will  be posted the next working day,

Once your watch has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking details.

Payments made online are via 3D Secure online card payments.

Instore, we accept card payments, bank transfers and part exchanges. Get in touch if you have any questions regarding payment.

All of our watches can be purchased online through our secure online store. If you prefer to buy your watch in person, why not visit our London showroom? No appointment is necessary.

We do accept deposits on our watches, all deposits are non-refundable.

All Kettle Club watch deliveries are free of charge.
