Delivery, Collections and Returns

Deliveries

Deliveries within the UK are made using the Royal Mail’s Special Delivery service. Deliveries outside the UK are made using either DHL or Fedex – depending on the size of the package and the location.

UK postage and international shipping are both included in advertised price.

Alternatively, please contact us before placing an order. A signature will be required for receipt of the goods by an adult (age 18 years or over) at the delivery address (whether yourself or a member of your household). If no-one is available when the carrier attempts delivery, the carrier may leave a calling card for you to re-arrange delivery at a more convenient time. Alternatively, you may need to collect the goods from your local delivery office provided you can produce adequate proof of identity.

We will only deliver to the delivery address given in your order. If you pay by debit/credit card the goods must be dispatched to the billing address of the card holder. However, if you require the goods to be delivered to a work address please ensure that this is included when placing the order.

The delivery address can not be changed after an order has been made and payment received. Watches may be collected from our offices but by appointment only for security purposes.

Online returns

We are confident that you will love your purchase, but we also like to provide peace of mind when shopping online. We offer a 14 day returns period from the date of delivery, entitling you to a full refund or exchange.

If for any reason you would like to make a return, please contact a member of our team by email or phone to register your return. After receiving confirmation and return and our secure postal address details from a member of the team, items may be returned via Royal Mail special delivery or returned to the store by appointment only:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email or call you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 working days.

Store returns

Instore purchases are eligible to credit note only and a restocking fee may be charged unless the item is faulty in which case a refund will be given. You DON’T have a legal right to a refund or replacement just because you changed your mind.

Up to 30 days after purchase, if your goods are faulty you can get an immediate refund.

Up to 6 months after purchase, if it can’t be repaired or replaced, then you are entitled to a full refund.

Returns information

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It also must be in the original packaging, certification and accessories where applicable. If returning a new unused watch all factory seals must be intact to receive a full refund or exchange.

You must provide receipt and/or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
